Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Unless otherwise stated, delivery can typically be expected within 10 days. All quoted delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability, processing times, and carrier operations.
Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or import fees mandated by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Convoke has no control over, and cannot predict, these additional costs.

Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
in the same condition in which it was received,
unused,
with tags attached,
in its original packaging, and
accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
